Thanks for stumbling across my blog! I’m a 30 something female with a truck load of trauma and nowhere to put it, hence the birth of Faceless Thoughts.

Navigating some aspects of trauma can be a lonely old road, so if you’re looking for some “ahh me too!” moments I hope you can find them here.

I’m not a professional in any sense (although with my experience in therapy attendance I may as well be!) All opinions, realisations and random musings are entirely my own.
